RZ系列软岩钻杆装置系国家专利产品,该产品于1993年通过部级技术鉴定,国家科委将其列入了95年国家"星光计划"。
RZ系列软岩钻具是老式麻花钻杆的换代产品,该产品吸取了英国、德国等国外钻探应用钻杆的各项优点,结合我国钻探应用钻杆的各项优点和钻探具体情况研制而成。经全国大面积推广,各项性能均优于老式麻花钻杆。取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。RZ系列软岩钻杆装置优点:
1.钻杆为空心结构、重量轻、富有弹性、抗弯性能良好,具有良好的通水性能。
2.大螺距排粉,排粉粒度大,粉尘少,从而提高了钻进速度,有利于操作人员的身体健康。
3.方孔卡豆式联接,节约了安装时间,改善了操作环境,降低了劳动强度,提高了联接的可靠性,避免了丢、卡钻头现象。
4.钻杆首尾可互换,增加了钻杆的使用寿命。
5.RZ系列软岩钻杆装置与HZ-1.2煤钻、液压钻、风力钻及其它动力钻配套使用,广泛用于F<4煤层钻孔,联接杆可打15m内深孔。 |

RZ series of soft-rock drilling shaft are patent production of our country.They were
appraised by Ministry of Coal in 1993,and listed in"Shooting Star Plan"of our country
in 1995.
RZ series,in stead of the old twisting drilling shaft,collect the advantages of all kind
of drilling shaft in the world.The wide-practice Proved that their functions were better
than the olds.
Advantages of RZ series:
1 The center of drilling shaft is empty structure,whose characteristics are light,spring,anti-flexible,
and advantagous to water-flow.
2 Dust discharge is with long spiral distance,which improves the velocity of drilling,and
also healthy to the workers.
3 Square-hole blocking-lingage,which increase the dependence.
4 The head of drilling shaft can linked with the tail,which increase the lift-span.
